ABCF ( Arts for Behavioural Change Foundation ), is registered in Nigeria as a Non Governmental, not for profit Organization, founded in the year 2002. The Founder Ifeoma Ezinwa is a graduate of theatre Arts from Delta State University , Abraka , Nigeria .

ABCF is conceptualized to use the arts and vehicles of the mass media to propagate attitudinal and behavioural change in the society towards a developed world. ABCF aims at promoting good Governance, Accountability, Ethnic and Religious Tolerance, Love, understanding, education, Dialogue in conflicts resolution, and Harmony which when imbibed would lead to a peaceful and developed society in Africa and the world at large.
